Insurance Investigator Training & Development

As part of BDL Investigations commitment to its clients in all market sectors, the company offers insurance investigator training and development days to its field operatives. These sessions are held once every month to enhance investigative knowledge and experience. The Company has experienced significant improved performance from its agents and enjoys a personal and professional relationship with all personnel.

Commencing with the company`s in-house and primary agents and extended to the main body of field operatives in January 2009, intense advanced insurance training has been formulated in module form to reinforce the competencies of BDL Investigations Ltd operatives. In early 2008 the management team highlighted the need for continued re-evaluation of each agents knowledge base. The agents undertake several modules during the days tuition to supplement their previously accredited qualifications. The sessions concentrate on recent changes to the operational directives and the future legislation proposals.

The program modules have been extended to accommodate newly accredited insurance agents so they can undertake an intense training program to equip them with advanced instruction of claims investigation and management. Agents can also study advanced cognitive interviewing techniques as well as keeping abreast of current market developments. The modules are designed to enable BDL Investigations to update our large team of operatives on a constant basis.
